Guilty Pleasure: International Players Anthem, UGK featuring Outkast

You can always tell when I catch up on videos…lol. Anyway, I keep hearing this song, “International Players Anthem” on the radio and I heard there was a new video for it. I really like the mellow, old-school feel to this song and Andre 3000′s verse is what hooked me in. “Keep your heart, three stacks…keep your heart.” Okay, I have no idea what that means, but Dre repeats it a couple of times in his verse and it reminds me a lot of Common’s first album Resurrection (1994).

UPDATE (06/11/07): I expired last week’s poll asking if hip-hop was dead and was a little shocked that everyone answered Yes.
