Suitland High School Graduate Created Dog Fighting Documentary

As you know, because of the Michael Vick dogfighting controversy, the dark world of dogfighting has been highlighted in mainstream media. I even heard recently that DMX was under suspicion of cruelty to animals potentially related to dogfighting. Locally, a Suitland High School graduate Bobby J. Brown has received recent attention from a 2005 documentary that he created over a 14 year period exposing the underground world of dogfighting. The Washington Post had an interesting article about the documentary earlier this week, “A Documentary With a New Bite – Dogfighting Scandal Brings Attention to Local Filmmaker’s 2005 Work on a Cruel Sport” (Washington Post, 08/28/2007).
